EQUAL RIGHTS, EQUAL OPPURTUNITIES

SOMETHINGS DIFFERENT

Equal? Equal rights? And equal oppurtunities? Do I need to explain more about this things?

There are so many meaning of the word equal. Like have the same measure, quantity, amount, or number as another, like in quantity, nature, or status, like for each member of a group/class, or society and other. But why does an employee would not have an equal treatment? An equal opportunity employer is the one who agrees not to discriminate against any employee or job applicant because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex. Physical or mental disability, or age. That everybody needs to be equal in the eyes of the everybody.
